Responsibilities: <p>ACG is a membership driven AAA organization. The primary responsibility of this role is to achieve sales production budgets of Life Insurance and Annuity products within the multi-state footprint of the Auto Club Group. Strategically partner with AAA Life Insurance Company to meet and exceed these annual sales objectives. The VP is responsible for growing ACG&rsquo;s Agent Sold distribution channel and providing operational influence over Direct Mail, Direct Sales Unit (DSU) and Express Term (Digital) distribution channels operated by AAA Life. ACG operates within eleven states requiring the ability to manage a large territory and ensure that corporate resources are focused appropriately. The VP, ACG Life Sales will promote, implement and drive key strategic initiatives that support ACG&rsquo;s Connected Member Vision. The VP will utilize fact-based decision making and leverage internal partnerships within the multi-faceted ACG organization to increase Life and Annuity sales while supporting ACG&rsquo;s goal of long-term, sustainable, profitable growth.</p> <p>VP will be accountable for all Life/Annuity product sales within the Auto Club Group&rsquo;s footprint and achieving or exceeding yearly sales production budgets from all distribution channels.</p> <p>Effectively partner with Senior Leadership in ACG Field Operations through effective communication, both written and verbal, to promote Life and Annuity sales within ACG&rsquo;s branch and Car Care locations, while simultaneously supporting Direct and Digital.</p> <p>Develops and execute on a yearly Business Plan in support of ACG goals and objectives as directed by EVP.</p> <p>Ensure Career Activity Management (CAM) system is fully utilized by ACG&rsquo;s Captive Life Agents and Life Management.</p> <p>VP will support and drive annual increases in Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers.</p> <p>Influence ongoing continuing education to increase Agent participation with the American College designation programs.</p> <p>Partner with ACG Marketing Department, develop and execute yearly Marketing Plan in support of sales and awareness objectives.</p> <p>Ensures Life Agent growth in both numbers and productivity are achieved through quality onboarding, training and Management.</p> <p>Function as an effective liaison between home office and life sales team members with regard to Underwriting, Compliance, Commissions, Customer Service, Licensing and Agency Operations.</p> <p>Demonstrate thorough knowledge of AAA Life and approved Brokered Products, services and programs and effectively uses this knowledge to compete in the marketplace.</p> <p>Ensure recruitment of high-quality life sales professionals with great potential for retention and production.</p> <p>Effectively ensures processes for policy conservation, retention, placement rate, persistency and lead generation are engaged.</p> <p>Establish and maintain effective down-line partnerships with Field P&amp;C Managers, Branch Managers/Directors, Life Managers and Life Specialists to promote maximum cooperation in the sales process.</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>College graduate in Business Administration, Sales &amp; Marketing, Management or related field.&nbsp; MA in Business or MBA preferred.</li> <li>Licensed in Life and Health.</li> <li>Professional designations such as CLU, FSCP, CHFC or CFP preferred.</li> <li>Ten plus years successful life insurance sales and management experience.</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of life insurance products, sales concepts and insurance company operations.</li> <li>Multi-state management responsibility preferred.</li> </ul>
