Responsibilities: <p>Manages and coordinates the activities of Insurance operations for a group of multiple branches that vary but are typically small to medium in size.&nbsp; Supports and initiates policies, practices, procedures and controls to ensure ACG standards are met.</p> <div>Provides leadership and direction to staff of Insurance Agents and other Branch staff ensuring that excellent customer service is provided to clients and Members.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;<br />This position contributes to the achievement of budgeted growth objectives and profitability by analyzing data and recommending, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that focus on overall sales growth while monitoring and evaluating sales efforts for all insurance product lines offered through ACG.</div> <div>&nbsp;<br />Assists with the development and introduction of sales techniques and product training.&nbsp;&nbsp; Initiates various marketing strategies and goals in accordance with business objectives and provides plans and results.&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitors and manages sales production to quality procedures to reduce E&amp;O exposure.&nbsp;&nbsp; Consistently maintains and monitors branch P&amp;L expenses.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;<br />Creates and actively seeks out opportunities to establish and strengthen relationships in multiple communities to influence, promote and increase awareness of insurance agency products, benefits and services.&nbsp; Markets to and networks within the community to generate leads for the Agency.&nbsp; Initiates appropriate promotional activities as needed or outlined by the marketing and membership departments.&nbsp; Acts as liaison with insurance carriers, reviewing carrier enhancements to products and web sites in addition to sales production and loss results. Takes a leadership role within the branch fostering teamwork to achieve the AAA ACG overall Business Strategy.</div>
