Overview: <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 9 million members and customers across 11 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.</p>
Responsibilities: <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Provides administrative and analytical support to the Field Manager for all functions in the district including sales, claims, travel and club to facilitate the attainment of goals. Responsible for activities such as budget preparation and monitoring, sales, service and expense tracking, information analysis and reporting, facility maintenance, and cash audit functions for the district.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Performs cash functions related to the preparation, maintenance and/or reconciliation of general ledger accounts in the branch including petty cash, audit, and reimbursement requests. Performs activities relating to daily remittance and branch operating funds such as controlling deposit bag distribution, verifying and approving accuracy of voids, maintaining overage and shortage records, reviewing incoming bank correspondence, balancing cash drawers, etc. Ensures security of the cash including balancing petty cash fund, acting as the security coordinator regarding key control, limiting area access, safe maintenance, security and other cash storage areas. Opens and locks branch safe and ensures all negotiable items are secured. Event ticketing processes including ordering, distributing and inventorying working supplies and reserve ticket reports. Prepares event ticket reports.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Performs administrative functions relating to the travel agency such as inventory, verifying the processing of commission checks, verifying receipt of hotel and car commissions, etc. Assists in development of, prepares, maintains and monitors branch reports such as quarterly performance reports and annual reports and marketing plans for all products and services. Reviews and analyzes reports and information from various sources to determine potential problems such as a decline in sales, an increase in expenses, or a decrease in member retention. Brings problems and suggested resolutions to the attention of appropriate branch management. Prepares and monitors the Branch operating budget. Manages expenses not to exceed approved budget limitations. Invoices and reviews authorized payments for predetermined and defined expenses. Manages the routine maintenance and repair of physical properties of the Branch office to include janitorial and landscaping contracts. Orders required supplies and equipment. Authorizes payment for miscellaneous maintenance.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Assists with personnel related activities such as maintaining and tracking employee schedules. Trains branch personnel regarding cash and facilities procedures. Maintains employee files and records. Coordinates with Human Resources for activities such as scheduling training and coordinating the processing of paperwork relating to personnel administration.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Logs and reports complaints of members and associated resolutions.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">&nbsp;</p>
