Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">This position is responsible for driving data-driven decision making/analysis and prioritization across AAA Car Care Plus locations, implements/enhances processes/procedures and designs/implements systems to ensure business goals are achieved and business opportunities are maximized while ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded.</li> <li>Creates and maintains data dashboards for operational data, analyzes data to identify trends, and implements corrective actions to meet or exceed internal/external KPI&rsquo;s. </li> <li>Ensures the effectiveness of quality systems/processes in accordance with company requirements and standards. </li> <li>Identifies, analyzes, and implements improvements in quality systems/processes to meet customer expectations. </li> <li>Develops and implements solutions for the use of technology in automating day to day Car Care operations. Partners with internal/external resources in order to provide efficient and cost effective solutions. </li> <li>Ensures compliance with appropriate Federal, State and Local regulations and integrity of internal controls.</li> <li>Implements processes and procedures to develop successful cross selling strategies of AAA products and services within Car Care locations. </li> <li>Responsible for developing strategies that optimize the use of digital and social media opportunities. </li> <li>Ensures brand visibility, protection and support.</li> <li style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Assists with development of region-wide budget and cost controls for fiscal year, including implementation and fulfillment responsibilities.</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"><u>Supervisory Responsibilities:</u></p> <div>May supervise several data and financial analysts at various levels</div> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">&nbsp;</p> <div>&nbsp;</div>

Exposure to loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment. Frequent travel within region required.</p> <br /> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"><u>Education:</u></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> <li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li> </ul> <div><u>Experience:</u></div> <ul> <li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or data management with additional experience in systems/process re-design and quality control.</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><u>Knowledge and Skills:</u></div> <ul> <li>Ability to identify and standardize the use of automotive repair data in support of the overall connected member strategy.</li> <li>Ability to strategically align data insights that help deliver value and be a champion for a data-driven, decision-making culture.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting systems.</li> <li>Develop and maintain controls on data quality, interoperability and sources to effectively manage corporate risk.</li> <li>Ability to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk within car care.</li> <li>Ability to develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures/workflows adhering to all Federal, State and Local regulations, ensuring compliance across all car care locations.</li> <li>Ability to implement corrective action plans and effectively communicate new programs to advisors and staff</li> <li>Experience conducting quality reviews (utilizing metrics) of each car care location&rsquo;s performance and work with area leadership to identify root cause and develop containment and countermeasures to correct defects.</li> <li>Ability to develop new processes to increase quality and efficiency and document best practices to be shared and executed across all car care locations.</li> <li>Ability to identify and implement customer centric processes to optimize customer satisfaction and maintain positive online reviews of car care locations.</li> <li>Ability to develop and execute safety and operational processes that drive and support immediate and longer-term business goals, and ensure consistent success.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to develop and carry out effective presentations to potential business partners and staff.</li> <li>Ability to resolve problems and conflicts involving difficult and sensitive situations.</li> <li>Proficient in mathematics and adept at statistical analysis, including ability to analyze and interpret data. Solid understanding of accounting principles.</li> <li>Proficient in PC applications for Windows, Internet Explorer, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred.</li> <li>Ability to direct diverse functions, including mentoring, training and supervising staff at all levels and effectively motivating all staff to create an environment for success.
