Responsibilities: <div> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Provide direction and leadership in the implementation and administration of compensation programs to ensure the achievement of sales plan objectives for growth and profitability. Perform highly confidential special projects for sales management and assist in the reviews, development and implementation of new sales compensation programs and changes to current programs including insurance, travel, and membership. Perform complex analysis on sales information to determine whether the plan has been successful in achieving sales goals and objectives. Act as the primary liaison to senior management, Human Resources and third party vendors/contractors for all aspects of the sales compensation programs. Ensure the legal compliance of the compensation plan by serving as a primary liaison to the General Counsel Legal Department regarding sales compensation and contract execution and administration.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Provide the business requirements and readiness plans for technology solutions for sales compensation. Oversee testing for implementation, maintenance and updates of software programs for incentive compensation plans. Provide recommendations to sales management regarding changes and revisions to sales incentive compensation plans as needed to ensure continued alignment with market conditions, strategic direction and corporate sales objectives. Ensure that all updates or modifications to compensation plans are communicated in a timely manner through various communication vehicles.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;">Manage new acquisition sales support functions for the captive delivery channel including: the administration and retention of agent contracts, participating in the installation and/or closing of Branch offices, providing oversight to the governance and processing of all agent additions/terminations and change of agent requests.
