Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Providing the highest-level customer service and support through coordination of HR functions</li> <li>Providing guidance and direction to achieve department objectives.</li> <li>Recommends and administers various HR Policy and Procedure</li> <li>Advising management on issues and recommends appropriate courses of action</li> <li>Acting as a liaison between intra-departmental and inter-departmental investigation inquiries</li> <li>Leading recruiting efforts</li> </ul>
