Responsibilities: <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"><strong><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):</u></strong></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Responsible for the management, development and profitability of a group of Entrepreneurial Agents in an assigned territory.&nbsp; Leads the effort to identify, qualify, select and contract with Entrepreneurial Agent candidates.&nbsp; Responsible for the achievement of business plan goals including: increasing growth, profitability, retention and new business production. Supports agency production activities including: recruitment, scaling candidates, installation of candidates, on-going validation of training programs to ensure successful producers. Provides oversight to the development of business plans and communicates results on a regular basis. Analyzes agency profit and loss information to identify problems and areas for improvement. Provides oversight to Entrepreneurial Agents regarding controls and compliance issues to ensure meeting corporate policies and regulatory requirements.<br /><br /></p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Works with corporate EA support to set up training for Entrepreneurial Agents on ACG products (P&amp;C, Life, Tour and Cruise, technology, etc.). Develops and communicates annual performance goals and analyzes and monitors Entrepreneurial Agent performance to provide regular performance feedback.&nbsp; Assists Entrepreneurial Agents in developing incremental opportunities by finding underrepresented territories and building associations within under-served communities to ensure increasing production in assigned territories.&nbsp; Liaises with various corporate support functions to ensure appropriate support of EA program. &nbsp;Works with the Underwriting department to ensure clear understanding of program and resolve underwriting and compliance issues between underwriting and agents.&nbsp;</p>

margin-top: 0px;">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree Business, Marketing, Insurance or other related field preferred.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Small Business management&nbsp; margin-top: 0px;">Strong management and administrative skills demonstrated through recent field distribution leadership of independent contractors</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Leadership experience to include recruiting, installation and validation of newly hired Entrepreneurial Agents</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Sales/Market development experience including analyzing territories and/or sales markets and developing business plans to increase overall market share</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Leadership experience to include coaching, mentoring, challenging and enabling agency producers, and staff to successfully meet objectives and goals.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">Communicate effectively with stakeholders in order to share complex information (i.e., production numbers, margins, customer service data, customer defection analysis, in-force data, quality data, etc.) in a clear and understandable manner.</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;
