Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Providing the highest-level customer service and support through coordination of HR functions</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Providing guidance and direction to achieve department objectives</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Recommends and administers various HR Policy and Procedure</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Advising management on issues and recommends appropriate courses of action</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Acting as a liaison between intra-departmental and inter-departmental investigation inquiries</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Leading recruiting efforts</li> </ul>
