Responsibilities: <p>Maintain loan system (s) to include: implementation of system upgrades, testing, change control, resolution of problems, and documentation.&nbsp; Advises and trains department personnel on the use of various software applications.&nbsp; Using queries and/or software packages, compile data, verify information, analyze data and generate reports.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Develop, update and maintain loan application software packages, automated systems, and programs for the Bank.&nbsp; Analyze business requirements and develop appropriate systems specifications for IT/Vendors to ensure meeting department requirements.&nbsp; Develop, document and run test scripts for system enhancements, patches and upgrades. Perform system maintenance to ensure continued adherence to established Bank guidelines, audits system output to ensure integrity and accuracy of data and consults with the IT department as necessary.&nbsp; Provide support to the department problem resolution process and represents department in meetings and on project teams as required.</p>
Requirements: <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></div> <p>Experience to include:</p> <ul> <li>Utilizing user programming languages and software packages (i.e. Openclose)</li> <li>Loan system technology</li> <li>Analyzing, testing, implementing and documenting loan systems and programs</li> <li>Direct customer contact and interacting with all levels of employees/managers/vendors</li> <li>Developing models for managing workflow<span style="font-size: medium;">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field and/or Technology Certification.<br /><br /></p> <p><strong><u>Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):</u></strong></p> <p>Experience to include:</p> <ul> <li>Developing mortgage loan processing procedures</li> <li>Configuration and change management of automated underwriting and loan origination systems</li> <li>Investigating and resolving production problems</li> <li>PC software applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)</li> <li>Documentation of automated processing systems</li> </ul> <p>Knowledge of:</p> <ul> <li>Developing processes for use with application software packages</li> <li>Investigating and resolving production problems</li> <li>Developing controls for application software programs&nbsp;</li> <li>Mortgage loan products, services, pricing, tax and regulatory issues</li> <li>FCRA, ECOA, RESPA, Reg Z and other federal/state regulations regarding the extension of credit</li> </ul> <p>Ability to:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively with others in a work environment</li> <li>Assist it and vendors in the installation/upgrades of automated processing systems</li> <li>Develop loan processing procedures</li> <li>Develop and revise department/technology processes and procedures</li> <li>Document and resolve problems</li> </ul>
