Responsibilities: <p>This position is for employees in training to become Insurance Agents, and have not yet attained the required state Property and Casualty Insurance&nbsp;license.&nbsp;<br /><br />This position is responsible for training and learning various company guidelines, systems and processes to become an effective Sales Agent.</p> <div>Performs other duties as necessary.</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Must receive an active Property and Casualty General Lines or Personal Lines Insurance License (Florida: 2-20 or 20-44) within the first 90 days of employment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">1+ year(s) of administrative experience in a fast-paced automated environment.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Strong phone sales and prospecting skills.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong customer focus.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Ambition, motivation, and drive.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: medium;">High school diploma or equivalent.</span></li> </ul>
