Overview: The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance, and financial services offerings to approximately 14+ million members and customers across 14 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, MEEMIC, and Fremont brands. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Under minimal supervision, accurately process a variety of updates and changes to Brokered Business and Branded files and accounts.</li> <li>Clerical duties include, but are not limited to: updating customer policies, processing payments on carrier websites and completing account terminations.</li> <li>Gather appropriate information and review documents to determine the required actions necessary to conclude processing. Conduct outbound telephone calls and correspond with customers to gather information, respond to inquiries and resolve issues.</li> <li>Use knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to make recommendations to the customer regarding accounts.</li> <li>Complete processing and updates to accounts while ensuring efficiency and compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines. Create, run and review reports to determine processing errors.</li> <li>Investigate and identify key issues and patterns from data.</li> <li>Take a broad perspective to solve problems and identify new solutions.</li> <li>Balance, review and edit a variety of reports and logs within scope of responsibilities. Enter corrections and recode files when necessary.</li> <li>Act in a lead capacity to answer inquiries, resolve problems and provide guidance and direction to lower level staff.</li> <li>Provide input regarding updates to processing and correction procedures.</li> <li>Assist lower level staff with processing during peak timeframes.</li> <li>May participate on projects related to scope of work performed.</li> </ul>
