Responsibilities: <p align="left">The Auto Club Group is seeking prospective Claims Customer Service Reps who can generate new claims,&nbsp;address members&rsquo; questions about their&nbsp;<a>policy</a>, provide detailed information pertaining to the claim process, and champion the overall member experience through your passion for creating lasting connections. Requirements: <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, specifically in a customer care environment with an ability to provide timely resolutions.</li> <li>Experience operating in the industry and with processing or an understanding of the claims process.</li> <li>Experience walking customers through technical processes while clearly communicating the details and seeking understanding.</li> </ul> &nbsp;<br />Successful representatives will possess effective communication skills, strong phone presence, ambition, commitment, motivation, and drive!<br /> <p align="left">Important Note:</p> <p align="left">The above statements describe the principle and essential functions, but not all functions that may be inherent in the job.
