Candidates&nbsp;may be required to re-apply again after 6 months the of initial date of registration to be considered as an active pipeline applicant</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> <div> <p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p> <p>The Auto Club Group is seeking prospective&nbsp;<strong>Senior Home Loan Processors&nbsp;</strong>who will review and complete processing of all information submitted on complex, highly detailed and/or high profile residential mortgage loan applications.&nbsp;</p> <p>In this position, you will have the opportunity to:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Complex loans/files include investor loans, loans associated with special government programs and/or complicated accounts with short turn-around purchase transactions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Gather missing information to complete loan submission process.&nbsp;</li> <li>Initiate and maintain contact with clients and Home Loan Originator throughout the processing period.&nbsp; Ensure that all documentation is complete and meet all requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Calculate debt-to income and loan-to-value ratios and assemble a completely documented loan file for submission to underwriting within established timeframes.</li> <li>Submit loan through a desktop underwriting system (secondary market loan).&nbsp;</li> <li>Meet all conditions required by the automated loan origination system and/or the home loan underwriter.&nbsp; Prepare required loan disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements. &nbsp;</li> <li>Review underwriting conditions when received to ensure documentation meets secondary market loan requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Monitor the overall pipeline to identify triggers that require review.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with mortgage loan officer to establish closing dates and meet standards for closing percentages of loans processed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Perform final review of completed applications packages and prepare files for approval.&nbsp;</li> <li>Alert underwriter to produce Decline/Withdrawal letters and assist underwriting with reason(s) for action.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain necessary records to ensure compliance with HMDA reporting requirements and follow-up with title companies for receipt of recorded documents.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as a lead/resource by proving assistance to lower-level staff.&nbsp;</li> <li>Handle more advanced/complex items and/or escalated disclosure issues.&nbsp;</li> <li>Utilize advanced knowledge and methods to identify issues in order to formulate and implement loan level solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate in large projects or lead components of projects.</li> <li>Ensure understanding of departmental processes.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proactively work to identify, recommend and assist in the implementation of means to enhance department operations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain ongoing knowledge of industry standards and develop higher-level working knowledge necessary to be successful in current role and possible progression within given field.</li> </ul> <p>With our powerful brand and the mentoring we offer, you will find your position as a&nbsp;<strong>Senior Home Loan Processor</strong>&nbsp;can lead to a rewarding career at our growing organization.</p> </div> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -77px; top: 26px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Associate Degree in a related field, preferred</li> <li>Five years of experience in/with residential mortgage lending of first mortgages sold on the secondary market in a Processor, Closer/Funder, or Post Closer capacity to include the following: <ul> <li>Processing conventional, FHA, VA, and/or USDA loans in a Processor, Closer/Funder, or Post Closer capacity</li> <li>Processing second mortgages and home equity lines of credit in a Processor, Closer/Funder, or Post Closer capacity</li> <li>Working with and analyze pipeline reports to prioritize pipeline workflow ensuring timely completion of files &nbsp;</li> <li>Utilizing math concepts including fractions, ratios, statistics, etc.</li> <li>Processing &ldquo;in-house&rdquo; first and second mortgage loans as well as HELOC&rsquo;s in a Processor, Closer/Funder, or Post Closer capacity</li> <li>Working with underwriters and borrowers for resolution of underwriting issues</li> <li>Working with secondary market investors to ensure the timely purchase of loans that are sold</li> <li>Analyzing mortgage loan credit package (income, assets, credit, and collateral)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Advanced knowledge of mortgage loan products, services, pricing, tax and regulatory issues, processing, and closing procedures, FCRA, ECOA, HMDA, REG Z as well as other state and federal consumer/lender regulations regarding the extension of credit and Automated Underwriting and Loan Origination systems, particularly Encompass</li> <li>Ability to provide input and assistance to less-experienced staff, adhere to mortgage loan processing and closing procedures, assist in the development of loan processing process and procedures, work effectively with Manager, IT, and vendors regarding the Loan Origination System</li> </ul> <p>Successful<strong>&nbsp;Senior Home Loan Processor</strong>&nbsp;will possess strong oral and written communication skills, strong prioritization and attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, strong organization and planning skills, ambition, motivation and drive!
