Responsibilities: <ul> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Supervises activities and personnel relative to the service vehicle and club fleet programs for an assigned shift.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Interviews and recommends the hiring of personnel.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Schedules work hours and assign job duties.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Trains personnel regarding policies, procedures, and equipment operation.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Evaluates employee work performance.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Notifies management regarding member complaints concerning driver performance.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Monitors fleet budget and approve related expenditures.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Responsible for the repair and conversion of service vans and tow trucks.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Supervises and participates in special automotive related events.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Functions as service vehicle operator as required.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Schedules fleet maintenance and repair.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Maintains service vehicle supplies.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Provides training for a new tow truck and van drivers.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Coordinates and recommends the revision/development of Club Fleet and Service Vehicle procedures.&nbsp; <br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Conducts staff meetings to apprise employees regarding the implementation/revision of operating policies/procedures.&nbsp; </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Maintains daily statistics for reporting purposes and prepares reports for management review regarding reimbursement and Club tow truck/service vehicle activities.<br /></span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Investigates, arbitrates, and settles member/customer damage and service complaints.</span></li> </ul>

font-size: medium;">Works in a temperature controlled office environment.&nbsp; Occasionally (up to 30% of work time) works as service van driver with exposure to road hazards and temperature extremes.&nbsp; Frequent (up to 50% of time) walking and standing.&nbsp; Occasional (up to 30% of work time) lifting, pulling and pushing.</span></p> <p><br /><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family: Arial;
