Responsibilities: <p><strong><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):</u></strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Serve as a team member to provide assistance on small to medium-sized business projects/department assignments.&nbsp; Provide support to teams/department in the use of various statistical/project management tools and processes.&nbsp; Perform special studies and provides analytical knowledge to aid project team staff/department in the development of innovative and effective recommendations.&nbsp; Assist management/team in activities relating to the development of communication, training plans, testing of programs and implementation of projects/programs.&nbsp; Secure and study market trends to identify competitive advantages that may apply to project/assignment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Research and prepare detailed reports, summaries, and analyses.&nbsp; Complete specific tasks as assigned to support activities including research analysis and preparation of proposals and recommendations. Act as liaison between assigned department/project and internal/external clients.&nbsp; Participate in the preparation of reports to all levels of management and outside organizations (e.g., Requests for Information, Requests of Proposals, milestone deliverable, budget/forecast reports).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>May develop and conduct training programs/sessions on implemented systems for business units.&nbsp; May maintain, control, analyze, reconcile and modify financial and statistical data, reports and programs for budget and forecast activities.&nbsp; May balance and audit account transactions for department using company and area specifications to ensure financial integrity. &nbsp;</p>
