Responsibilities: <p><strong><u>Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):<br /></u></strong>Oversees the development of the strategic marketing plan for Membership Membership/Member&nbsp;Benefits products/business lines and is responsible for directing the daily activities of Marketing Planners for these business lines.&nbsp;&nbsp; Interfaces with Business Line and Field&nbsp;partners to develop marketing plans.&nbsp; Manages marketing budget.&nbsp; Identifies and coordinates cross-marketing opportunities with other business lines (Insurance, Travel).&nbsp; Develops processes to improve and streamline workflow across the Marketing organization.&nbsp; Provides marketplace insights, monitors trends and identifies market opportunities using advanced data analysis and modeling tools.<br /><br /><u>Supervisory Responsibilities (briefly describe, if applicable, or indicate None):<br /></u>This position manages the daily activities of Marketing Planners for Membership/Member Benefits.</p>
Requirements: <p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <p>Experience facilitating a comprehensive marketing planning process.</p> <p>Marketing experience in a multiple, diverse product environment.<br /><br /><strong><u>Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):</u></strong></p> <p><u>Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):</u></p> <p>Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related field.</p> <p>Master's degree preferred.</p> <p>Experience in:</p> <ul> <li>Leading a team</li> <li>Planning and developing marketing. advertising and promotional strategies</li> <li>Evaluating marketing program and promotion results</li> <li>Developing new approaches to solve business challenges using marketing information</li> <li>Monitoring and interpreting market conditions to determine the impact on marketing strategy</li> <li>Using complex data and analysis in marketing strategy development, monitoring and adjustment</li> </ul> <p>Knowledge of:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced marketing principles and applications</li> <li>Marketing program development</li> <li>Primary and secondary research sources</li> <li>Market share data sources (e.g., A.M.
