Responsibilities: <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Business development, product implementation and administration, marketing, sales, credit risks, collections, operations and third party vendor management.&nbsp; Develop the objectives and strategy to ensure the highest level of market penetration, achievement of profit goals and control of credit risk for the line of business.&nbsp; Create action plans with a focus on prioritizing the initiatives and tasks needed to execute the plan.&nbsp; Partner with credit card vendor on initiatives as needed.&nbsp; &nbsp;Work with ACG internal departments, vendor and cross-functional teams to ensure an understanding of program needs identify available ACG resources needed to execute plan objectives.&nbsp; Establish and maintain open communication with credit card team at AAA National to ensure the sharing of knowledge and best practices.&nbsp; </span></p> <div><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Oversee various monitoring processes to include: expense forecasting, reporting on program activities and progress, issue identification and determining areas of improvement.&nbsp; Review recommendations for problem resolution.&nbsp; Oversee the implementation of changes to correct issues and drive the desired results.&nbsp; Communicate vision, performance updates and program changes to the ACG executive team.<br /><br /></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Oversee and manage a team responsible for the execution of plans and processes that support program goals.&nbsp; </span></p> <div><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">&nbsp;</span></div> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Participate in the department process related to the selection, hiring, training and development, coaching and counseling of assigned staff.</span></p> <div>&nbsp;</div>
