Overview: <p>The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 9 million members and customers across 11 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.<br /> </p> <p><strong><u>Work Environment:</u></strong></p> <p>Work in a temperature-controlled office environment.</p> <strong><br /> <u>Compensation<br /><br /></u></strong>Competitive base pay of $13.00/hour, to start + shift premium for evening and overnight timeframes.&nbsp;Career advancement potential with up to an additional $1 increase in pay after 6 months.<br />
Responsibilities: <p>You can make a difference by helping our members during stressful situations. Come to the rescue and provide top-notch service by:</p> <ul> <li>Responding to emergency road service requests in a call center environment.</li> <li>Listening to members and identifying their problem.</li> <li>Performing geographical location spotting and data entry.</li> <li>Seeking a solution to get the member back on the road.</li> <li>Analyzing member accounts to determine additional products and services that benefit the member.</li> </ul> <p>This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires passion and commitment to the well-being of others. Requirements: <p>To prepare you for this exciting opportunity, we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time paid Training (4 Weeks).</li> <li>Beginning&nbsp;<strong><em><u>October 22<sup>nd</sup></u></em></strong><sup>.</sup></li> <li>Training hours Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm &ndash; 8:30 pm.</li> </ul> <p>After training multiple shift options available:</p> <p><strong><u>5 days on 2 days off</u></strong>:</p> <ul> <li>5:30pm &ndash; 10:30pm with Thursday and Friday off (25hours a week).</li> <li>4:30pm &ndash; 10:30pm with Thursday and Friday off (30hours a week).</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>2 days working 8-12 hours per day:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>8:00am &ndash; 4:30/9:00pm working Saturday and Sunday only.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;As a reward for your passion and commitment, we offer:</p> <ul> <li>Potential to work remotely after completion of 6 months of demonstrated superior performance.</li> <li>Employee recognition program.</li> <li>Rewarding, fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program.</li> </ul>
