Truly listen to our customers. Connect with them to understand their needs, provide the best product and service recommendation and resolve any issues they express.</li> <li>Apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase customer&rsquo;s understanding of the value our products provide them and nurture long-lasting relationships with the brand.</li> <li>Correspond with and respond to inquiries from sales representatives, insureds, mortgage companies, and other sources regarding ratings, premiums, billing problems and cancellations and to obtain and verify payments.</li> </ul> <p>This&nbsp;is a rewarding position that requires understanding the needs of members while providing a superior experience and resolving any issues expressed. Requirements: <p>To prepare you for this exciting opportunity, we offer:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Full-time paid Training (10 Weeks).</li> <li><strong>Beginning November 19, 2018.</strong></li> <li>Monday through Friday from 8:00 am &ndash; 5:00 pm during training.</li> <li>Monday through Friday from noon &ndash; 9:00pm after training (shift includes a Saturday rotation every 3 weeks from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm).</li> <li>Must obtain and/or maintain a State Property &amp; Casualty insurance sales license within 60 days from the start of employment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>$1000 sign-on bonus if you already have a Property &amp; Casualty license and have been using the license for at least one year.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>***AAA will cover the cost of this exam up to two times***</strong></p> <p>As a reward for your passion and commitment, we offer:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Competitive base pay starting at $16.40 + commission.</strong></li> <li>Medical, dental and vision benefits.</li> <li>Matching 401(k).</li> <li>Paid time off.</li> <li>Holiday Pay.</li> <li>Complimentary AAA membership.</li> <li>Tuition reimbursement.</li> <li>Employee recognition program.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.</li> <li>Must attain all appropriate State Property &amp; Casualty insurance sales licenses within 60 days from the start of licensing coursework.</li> </ul> <p>Experience in/with:</p> <ul> <li>Providing a high level of customer-focused service.</li> <li>Competently entering information on various screens using a PC keyboard.</li> <li>Navigating through a PC Windows environment, including accessing information from multiple applications.</li> <li>Managing and navigating multiple sources of information and applying as needed.</li> <li>Performing monetary transactions (e.g., key entering data into cash terminal, adjusting account balances, etc.).</li> </ul> <p>Knowledge and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Successfully complete appropriate training relative to all The Auto Club Group (TACG) products and services.</li> <li>Attain and maintain any Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance sales license for any ACGIA member state as appropriate.</li> <li>Achieve insurance and membership sales goals and other performance expectations as defined by management.</li> <li>Work with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Provide direct customer-oriented service in a customer care environment.</li> <li>Work within a team environment.</li> <li>Promote the sale of all ACGIA insurance and membership products.</li> <li>Present complex information in a clear, concise manner.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records.</li> <li>Read, comprehend and communicate clearly and concisely in the work environment and with the public (e.g., explain instructions, rules and procedures).</li> <li>Willingness and ability to work extended/irregular hours to include weekends/holidays.</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li> </ul>
