<p>In 2010-2011, the economy was struggling as it attempted to move from recession to recovery. More and more banks were closing, certainly not opening. And yet, in the midst of this uncertainty, in June 2011, AAA Banking opened for business in Omaha, NE and began taking deposits and making loans. &nbsp;Since then, AAA Banking has grown to four locations in total (three in Nebraska and one in Michigan) and we provide banking products and services to our 9 million members in all 11 ACG states. AAA Banking is now celebrating their fifth anniversary.</p> <p>AAA Banking offers many financial products and services (from personal bank accounts and auto loans to an integrated auto buying/lending experience) intended to strengthen member relationships, fulfilling multiple needs. Our products are provided by Auto Club Trust, FSB; and various vendors including CARFAX, MetaBank, Travelex and Wells Fargo.<br /><br /><br /></p>

Overview: <p>The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 9 million members and customers across 11 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America.</p> <p><strong><u>Work Environment:</u></strong></p> <p>Works in a temperature controlled office environment.</p> <strong><br /> <u>Compensation</u></strong><br /> <div>As a reward for your passion and commitment, we offer competitive base pay of $13.00/hour, to start + shift premium for evening and overnight time-frames, career advancement potential with up to an additional $1 increase in pay after 6 months, potential to work remotely after completion of 6 months of demonstrated superior performance, employee recognition program, a rewarding, fast-paced environment, and an Employee Assistance Program.</div>
Responsibilities: <div>You can make a difference by helping our members during stressful situations. Come to the rescue and provide top-notch service by:</div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Responding to emergency road service requests in a call center environment</li> <li>Listening to members and identifying their problem</li> <li>Performing geographical location spotting and data entry</li> <li>Seeking a solution to get the member back on the road</li> <li>Analyzing member accounts to determine additional products and services that benefit the member</li> </ul> <div>This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires passion and commitment to the well-being of others.&nbsp; If you think you are right for this role, you will need to be able to:</div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Navigate through a P.C. and multiple applications</li> <li>Provide a high level of customer service in a professional environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Cross and up-sell member benefits</li> </ul>
