Overview: The Lead Web Integration&nbsp;Analyst is responsible for the development and evolution of frameworks, designs and patterns in software, primarily focused on integrating large enterprise software packages using modern tools and methodologies.&nbsp; Possessing the ability to understand the essence of complex integration challenges is critical. This includes the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, Hershey&rsquo;s technical staff and additional resources through clear articulation of the options and recommendations. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.</li> <li>Demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.</li> <li>Prepares and installs solutions, designs system specifications, standards, and programming.&nbsp; Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.</li> <li>Being the SME (Subject Matter Expert) by demonstrating knowledge of state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, computing equipment, continuing education, and participating in professional organizations.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>Develops software solutions, knowledge of systems flow, data usage, and work processes.&nbsp; Responsible for investigating problem areas and following the software development lifecycle.</li> <li>Analyzes the interfaces of systems to be integrated, documents, makes recommendation, prototypes solutions, and manages implementations.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have experience to compare and contrast different integration options and the ability to extrapolate known metrics and scalability patterns</li> <li>Must have experience with different integration mechanisms: Real Time, Service Based, Batch Oriented, Message based etc.</li> <li>Must have experience with large scale integration environments: MuleSoft, SnapLogic, BEA WebLogic, WebMethods etc.</li> <li>Experience with interacting as a technical resource in area of software expertise, including Code Reviews and Architecture Reviews</li> <li>Must have experience interacting with small remote and virtual technical teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, Engineering with computer programming/ applications.</li> <li>3+ yrs experience of large scale integration &nbsp;</li> <li>3+ yrs of Integration Framework (MuleSoft required; additional frameworks desirable)</li> <li>3+ yrs experience of Java Development</li> <li>2+ yrs UNIX/Linux, Windows, and Enterprise Service Business experience</li> <li>MuleSoft Architect certification highly desirable</li> </ul>
