Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist with nursing staff education in the documentation, MDS, CAA's and Care Plan process.</li> <li>Must accurately complete MDS assessments in accordance with established time frames for new admissions, quarterly, annual and significant change.</li> <li>Must precheck and electronically submit MDS&rsquo;s to State agency, review validation reports and make necessary changes.</li> <li>Coordinates the scheduling and timely completion of MDS&rsquo;s and Care Plans with the Case Manager and Interdisciplinary team.</li> <li>Participates in the QAPI process and the &ldquo;Nurse On-Call&rdquo; program.</li> <li>Able to electronically access, print and evaluate Quality Indicators.</li> </ul>
