Responsibilities: <p>Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling our customer&rsquo;s highest level of service issues to ensure escalations are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. From assisting with claims to helping people find a provider, you are with our customers every step of the way. Agents are responsible for providing our customers polite, accurate information.</p>
Requirements: <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Prior customer service experience preferred</li> <li>Unflappable and optimistic</li> <li>Solution oriented</li> <li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Professional, articulate voice</li> <li>Ability to multitask; listening, inputting data, providing solutions, navigating through various screens while applying customer satisfaction techniques</li> <li>Type 25 words per minute</li> <li>Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, professional attitude</li> </ul>
