Responsibilities: <p>Technical Support Representative is responsible in resolving advanced troubleshooting video and internet issues, working on the trouble tickets through customer contact and troubleshooting. Customers depend on us for high-speed, cutting-edge products and support and our team never stops trying to improve their experience.</p>
