Responsibilities: Our Chef Culinary Manager is responsible for the daily operations of all back-of-the-house functions for the assigned restaurant and for delivering high quality, great-tasting food; proper food safety and sanitation procedures, profitability, and experience with assisting with creating great menu items. The ideal candidate will have excellent Leadership skills, oversee the kitchen staff as well as ensuring that all recipes, food preparations and presentations meet specifications and commitment to quality. Must have back of house experience!<br /><br />Craft and Imported Beer knowledge will be a very big advantage. Enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude is a must!
Requirements: <strong>We&rsquo;re looking for:</strong><br />Our ideal Chef Culinary Manager will have 1-3 years of food management experience, preferably in a restaurant atmosphere and has culinary expertise. The Chef Culinary Manager will be asked to demonstrate proper procedure, sanitation, and food safety laws and standards. Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills are required.
