Responsibilities: <p>Our childcare teachers add energy to every conversation, invent moments of silliness, encourage curiosity, and have fun in everything they do, while always putting children's needs first!</p> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -242px; top: 25.3608px;">&nbsp;</div>
Requirements: <p>Because we are a state-licensed school, we require our lead teachers to have the following:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of a CDA; Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.</li> <li>State background check and health assessments.</li> <li>CPR and First&nbsp;Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).</li> <li>Previous experience working with children in a licensed or accredited day care, childcare center or preschool.</li> <li>Spoken and written English fluency (Spanish fluency a plus).</li> <li>Adaptability in a continuously changing, fast-paced environment and participation in&nbsp;activities like singing, dancing, jumping and running.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Karaoke skills a plus!</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -227px; top: 25.3608px;">&nbsp;</div>
