Responsibilities: Childcare Teachers at The Sunshine House are knowledgeable with diapering / potty training, curriculum and customer service. We use&nbsp;only positive early childhood education strategies to instruct children and implement&nbsp;curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
Requirements: <p>There are a few requirements for our lead childcare teachers, including the ability to participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;activities like singing, dancing,&nbsp;kneeling, etc., and ability to adapt daily in a sometimes challenging environment while keeping a positive attitude! Additional requirements include:</p> <ul> <li>Early childhood education credentials, such as ECD 101 or a CDA</li> <li>One year of early childhood education experience &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li> <li>CPR and 1st&nbsp;Aid Certifications&nbsp;</li> <li>State background check and health assessments&nbsp;</li> <li>Leaving your phone outside of the classroom and making&nbsp;children's needs your primary focus always</li> </ul>
