Overview: The Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support quality improvement, population health management, clinical research, and strategic decision-making. This role will collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to turn data into actionable insights that advance the health and well-being of the women we serve.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track clinical quality metrics, patient outcomes, operational, and financial performance.</li> <li>Analyze data from EHR systems (e.g., AdvancedMD, Digichart, Athenahealth) and other platforms to support population health initiatives, including prenatal care, breast and cervical cancer screenings, and chronic disease management.</li> <li>Work closely with leaders to support core value based analysis focused on supporting a value based care model that focuses on the quality of guest care.</li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including appointment no-show rates, patient satisfaction, revenue cycle metrics, and provider productivity.</li> <li>Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies in collaboration with IT and EMR support teams.</li> <li>Assist in regulatory and accreditation reporting, including UDS, HEDIS, and CMS quality programs.</li> <li>Translate complex data into clear, meaningful narratives and presentations for both clinical and non-clinical audiences.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li> <li>2+ years of experience in a healthcare data analytics or clinical informatics role.</li> <li>Strong proficiency with data tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.</li> <li>Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare data standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HL7, FHIR).</li> <li>Experience working with women's health data, including obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive health, or preventive care, is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance.</li> <li>Prior work in a women&rsquo;s health, OB/GYN, or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.</li> </ul>
