Overview: <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile HR Business Partner who thrives on balancing hands-on HR work with big-picture initiatives. This role requires someone who is just as comfortable updating attendance spreadsheets and revising policies as they are leading strategic projects, rolling out new HR initiatives, and consulting with leadership and employees alike.</p> <p>This is not a siloed HR role. It&rsquo;s a true partnership position that combines tactical execution with forward-thinking strategy. You&rsquo;ll be the go-to resource for employees, a consultant to leadership, and a builder of HR systems that make life easier for everyone.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Day-to-Day HR Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update spreadsheets/HR tracking tools.</li> <li>Administer and update HR policies, ensuring compliance and clarity for staff.</li> <li>Provide responsive support for employee questions, concerns, and needs.</li> <li>Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee file maintenance.</li> <li>Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Strategic HR Initiatives</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a consultant to leadership, offering guidance on HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational development.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes.</li> <li>Design and implement new HR programs that drive growth, efficiency, and employee engagement.</li> <li>Support culture-building initiatives that align with the organization&rsquo;s values and EOS framework.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Employee &amp; Company Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a trusted partner to both staff and leadership, balancing company needs with employee experience.</li> <li>Coach managers on handling employee relations with fairness and consistency.</li> <li>Help foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, communication, and care.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Skills/Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in Human Resources (HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role).</li> <li>Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.</li> <li>Ability to manage both tactical responsibilities (spreadsheets, policy updates, admin tasks) and strategic projects (initiatives, programs, growth).</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.</li> <li>Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.</li> <li>Experience in healthcare or a small-to-mid-size business setting is a plus.</li> <li>HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.</li> </ul>
