Overview: <p>We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Medical Scribe / Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone with prior experience as a women&rsquo;s health medical scribe, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and is eager to learn and take initiative.</p> <p>As a Medical Scribe at The Wright Center for Women&rsquo;s Health, your role is vital in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and efficiency of each guest encounter. By supporting providers in real-time documentation and assisting with clinical care, you&rsquo;ll help create a seamless, elevated experience for every guest we serve.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide real-time documentation support during patient visits, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the EMR</li> <li>Assist with rooming patients, preparing exam rooms, and supporting providers during procedures (Biote, IUDs, Nexplanon, O-Shot, laser treatments, etc.)</li> <li>Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties</li> <li>Answer phones and triage patient needs from a clinical perspective</li> <li>Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between providers, patients, and staff</li> <li>Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings (EOS structure)</li> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Skills/Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as a medical scribe in a women&rsquo;s health or OBGYN setting required</li> <li>Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent clinical training preferred</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently</li> <li>Critical thinking skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence</li> </ul>
