Overview: <p>We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and growth-minded Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This unique role is designed with a phased pathway of professional development. You will begin as a Provider Partner (supporting other providers with patient rooming, vitals, procedures, triage, and documentation), learning our systems, culture, and guest experience philosophy from the ground up. Over time, you will transition into seeing guests in our office as a Nurse Practitioner, and ultimately advance into providing Telehealth services as part of our growing virtual care program.</p> <p>This role is ideal for an NP who values mentorship, is eager to immerse themselves in a concierge-style practice, and thrives on delivering personalized, high-quality care in both in-person and virtual settings.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <h3><strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Phased Career Path</em></strong></h3> <p><strong>Phase 1: Provider Partner (6&ndash;12 months)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work alongside providers in a support role (rooming guests, taking vitals, assisting with procedures, documenting visits).</li> <li>Learn the workflows, EMR systems, and guest experience standards unique to our practice.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of our approach to concierge women&rsquo;s health care.</li> <li>Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Phase 2: In-Office Provider (after demonstrated readiness)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Begin seeing guests on your own</li> <li>Conduct patient visits including GYN care, weight management, sexual health, hormone therapy follow-ups, and pre-/post-procedure consultations, etc.</li> <li>Collaborate with providers and FOH team to ensure smooth and exceptional guest experiences.</li> <li>Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.<br /> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Phase 3: Telehealth Provider</strong></p> <ul> <li>Transition into Telehealth-based guest interactions.</li> <li>Conduct virtual appointments with professionalism, warmth, and clinical accuracy.</li> <li>Manage patient care remotely in our administrative offices, including reviewing charts, documenting visits, coordinating labs/referrals, and providing follow-up communication.</li> <li>Provide phone triage and clinical advice for virtual guests.</li> <li>Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Skills/Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) required</li> <li>Prior experience in women&rsquo;s health, outpatient care, or related clinical setting preferred.</li> <li>Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRs and/or Telehealth platforms.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, in both in-person and virtual settings.</li> <li>High attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong sense of compassion.</li> <li>Willingness to begin in a Provider Partner role to learn workflows and culture before transitioning into independent NP practice.</li> <li>Must be reliable, adaptable, and a team player.</li> </ul>
