Overview: <p>We are seeking a flexible, detail-oriented, and growth-minded Nurse to join our clinical team. This role begins with 6-12 months as a Provider Partner (supporting providers with patient rooming, vitals, procedures, triage, and documentation) to ensure a strong foundation in our workflows and patient experience standards.</p> <p>As our practice grows, this position will evolve into a Nurse Navigator / BioTE Hormone Specialist, with a focus on overseeing our BioTE program. The ideal candidate will become our BioTE Champion, taking ownership of hormone pelleting care, guiding guests through treatment, and helping lead a specialized BioTE &ldquo;pod&rdquo; to the next level of seamless, exceptional service.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <h3><strong>Phased Career Path</strong></h3> <p><strong>Phase 1: Provider Partner (6&ndash;12 months)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Room guests, take vitals, assist providers with procedures.</li> <li>Perform triage (phone and in-person), document patient visits, and support clinical flow.</li> <li>Gain a full understanding of clinical processes and guest experience standards.</li> <li>Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.<br /> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Phase 2 (if the right fit): Nurse Navigator / BioTE Hormone Specialist</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact and clinical expert for BioTE hormone pelleting guests.</li> <li>Educate guests on hormone therapy, treatment plans, and follow-up care.</li> <li>Oversee BioTE program logistics, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality at every step.</li> <li>Collaborate with providers and clinical team to optimize BioTE workflows and outcomes.</li> <li>Help build and guide the BioTE &ldquo;pod&rdquo; team to deliver seamless, concierge-level care.</li> <li>Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Skills/Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, or equivalent)</li> <li>Will also entertain other health care professionals with clinical experience, including Foreign Medical Graduates, Very Experienced Medical Assistants, and others who are clinically experienced</li> <li>Prior experience in women&rsquo;s health, hormone therapy, or outpatient care preferred.</li> <li>Strong clinical and triage skills with the ability to multitask effectively.</li> <li>Excellent communication and patient education abilities.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing concierge-level care.</li> <li>Adaptable and eager to grow with the organization during a period of transition and expansion.</li> <li>Interest in bioidentical hormone therapy and willingness to become the practice&rsquo;s BioTE subject matter expert.</li> </ul>
