Executive

Overview: This is not a large-system, back-office finance job. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, build-while-running, clarity-creating, operational finance seat for someone who wants to grow with a visionary organization. We are looking for someone who wants to partner directly with our Visionary (Dr. Wright) and lead the full Finance Branch with ownership, accountability, and care.
Responsibilities: 1. Leadership &amp; Management (LMA) ● Own and facilitate the Finance L10 (EOS) ● Provide clarity, direction, and accountability to the Finance team (Finance Director, Billing Manager, Data Analyst, AP/Compliance, Accountant) ● Ensure departmental Rocks are defined, executed, and completed each quarter 2. Financial Operations &amp; Reporting ● Produce clean, accurate, timely financials and dashboards ● Deliver a Monthly Executive Financial Summary with insights, trends, risks, and recommendations ● Ensure revenue integrity, payer tracking, and capture of every dollar earned ● Maintain data accuracy across DigiChart, AdvancedMD, and financial systems ● Identify and correct system failures before they become problems 3. Strategic Partnership<br />● Serve as the Finance thought-partner to the Visionary ● Translate complex issues into actionable, simple clarity ● Anticipate needs, proactively communicate, solve problems before they escalate ● Support annual and quarterly planning, forecasting, and strategic financial alignment 4. Trend Analysis &amp; Data Projects ● Partner with our Data Analyst to produce meaningful insights ● Spot shifts, patterns, risks, and opportunities early ● Monitor provider productivity, payer trends, and operational effectiveness 5. Profit &amp; P&amp;L Ownership ● Help drive the practice toward financial health, sustainability, and simplicity ● Monitor budget adherence and recommend adjustments as needed
