Responsibilities: <h3><strong>Ultrasound Imaging &amp; Clinical Excellence</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perform high-quality Obstetric and Gynecological ultrasound exams with accuracy and attention to detail.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Occasionally perform Thyroid, Renal, and Abdominal ultrasound exams as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Accurately read, interpret, and document ultrasound images and findings.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide clear and thorough observation summaries for each exam.</span></li> </ul> <br /> <h3><strong>Procedural Support</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist providers with ultrasound guidance for in-office procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure proper setup, imaging accuracy, and support during procedures.</span></li> </ul> <br /> <h3><strong>Workflow &amp; Productivity</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Complete ultrasound exams efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support consistent patient flow and contribute to overall clinic efficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Complete billing for each ultrasound performed with accuracy and timeliness.</span></li> </ul> <br /> <h3><strong>Guest Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver a compassionate, high-touch experience for every guest.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicate clearly and professionally, helping guests feel informed and at ease.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Uphold The Wright Center&rsquo;s standard of exceeding expectations in every interaction.</span></li> </ul> <br /> <h3><strong>Team Collaboration &amp; Growth</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Participate in ongoing learning and development with the Sonographer team.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Remain open and adaptable to supporting other areas of the practice as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure seamless patient care.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <h2><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">ARDMS Certification (required)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven clinical experience as a diagnostic medical sonographer</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong experience in Obstetric and Gynecological ultrasound exams</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Procedure assist experience (preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Customer service and scheduling experience (preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrates TWC&rsquo;s core values: Entrepreneurial mindset, Growth-focused, Extreme</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Attention to Detail, Compassion, and Exceeding Expectations</span></li> </ul>
