You will work with patients across a range of services including women&rsquo;s health, hormone optimization, weight management, sexual health, and preventative care.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This role is ideal for a physician who wants to combine clinical excellence with innovation, autonomy, and a high-touch patient experience.</span></p>
Responsibilities: <h3><strong>Patient Care &amp; Clinical Excellence</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on women&rsquo;s health and preventative medicine.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct in-depth patient visits, including gynecologic care, hormone therapy management, weight management, sexual health, and pre-/post-procedure consultations.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient&rsquo;s goals and long-term health.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.</span></li> </ul> <br /> <h3><strong>Concierge Patient Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deliver a high-touch, relationship-based care experience with extended time for patient visits.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients through trust, communication, and continuity of care.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Uphold The Wright Center&rsquo;s standard of exceeding expectations in every interaction.</span></li> </ul> <br /> <h3><strong>Telehealth &amp; Ongoing Care</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct virtual visits with professionalism, warmth, and clinical accuracy.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage ongoing patient care, including follow-ups, lab review, and care coordination.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide clinical guidance and support through both in-person and virtual channels.</span></li> </ul> <br /> <h3><strong>Collaboration &amp; Team Integration</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute to a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.</span></li> </ul> <br /> <h3><strong>Growth &amp; Specialty Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Engage in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Explore and develop areas of specialty within the practice (e.g., hormone optimization, weight management, sexual health, aesthetic or procedural services).</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute to the evolution and expansion of services within the practice.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Medical Doctor (MD or DO) required</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Board certification or board eligibility in relevant specialty</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Specialties of interest include Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Plastic Surgery, or related fields</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong interest in women&rsquo;s health, preventative care, and/or integrative medicine</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in outpatient or concierge-style practice preferred</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">High attention to detail, compassion, and commitment to patient-centered care</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Comfortable working with EMRs and Telehealth platforms</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrates TWC&rsquo;s core values: Entrepreneurial mindset, Growth-focused, Extreme Attention to Detail, Compassion, and Exceeding Expectations</span></li> </ul>
