Overview: <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and growth-minded </span><strong>Women&rsquo;s Health Provider</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized care in both in-person and virtual settings, while contributing to an elevated, concierge-level guest experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This position is ideal for a provider who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is excited to be part of a practice that blends traditional gynecologic care with integrative and functional medicine. You will have the opportunity to care for patients across a range of services, including general gynecology, hormone optimization, weight management, sexual health, and preventative care.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the practice while building meaningful, long-term relationships with our guests.</span></p>
Responsibilities: <h3><strong>Patient Care &amp; Clinical Excellence</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide comprehensive women&rsquo;s health care, including gynecologic services, preventative care, and follow-up visits.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Conduct patient visits including hormone therapy management, weight management, sexual health, and pre-/post-procedure consultations.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Deliver personalized, patient-centered care aligned with our concierge model.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.</span></p> <h3><strong>Telehealth &amp; Virtual Care</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conduct virtual appointments with professionalism, warmth, and clinical accuracy.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Manage patient care remotely, including chart review, documentation, lab coordination, and follow-up communication.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Provide phone triage and clinical guidance as needed.</span></p> <h3><strong>Collaboration &amp; Guest Experience</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure seamless and elevated guest experiences.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, both in-person and virtually.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Uphold The Wright Center&rsquo;s standard of exceeding expectations in every interaction.</span></p> <h3><strong>Growth &amp; Specialty Development</strong></h3> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Engage in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Explore and develop areas of specialty within the practice (e.g., weight management, bioidentical hormone therapy, telehealth, or other services aligned with practice growth).</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Participate in weekly Level 10 meetings as part of our EOS structure.</span></p>
Requirements: <span style="font-weight: 400;">Licensed MD, DO, Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Women&rsquo;s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) required</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Prior experience in women&rsquo;s health, outpatient care, or related clinical setting preferred</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Experience or interest in hormone therapy, weight management, or integrative medicine is a plus</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Comfortable with EMRs and/or Telehealth platforms</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> High attention to detail, adaptability, and compassion</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Demonstrates TWC&rsquo;s core values: Entrepreneurial mindset, Growth-focused, Extreme Attention to Detail, Compassion, and Exceeding Expectations</span>
