Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work on creating a 3-year plan and roadmap to grow custom cards.</li> <li>Identify major players in the youth sports/school picture marketplace.</li> <li>Work with Director of Ecommerce to create a sales pitch for the youth sports/school picture marketplace.</li> <li>Manage the custom card platform on a daily basis.</li> <li>Oversee the development of the site enhancements.</li> <li>Oversee the new custom card functionality on new web platform.</li> <li>Implement and upload the order information for large partner organizations.</li> <li>Identify and attend events to expand the awareness and reach of custom card program.</li> <li>Map out resource and investment needs to support the growth plan.</li> <li>Coordinate with operations on execution of finished goods and fulfillment.</li> <li>Create the forecast of sales volume and profitability targets with eCom Director and Finance team.</li> <li>Deliver the forecasted revenue and profit within the approved budget.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development role preferred.</li> <li>Solid business and project management background.</li> <li>Youth sports experience preferred.</li> <li>Ecommerce or digital experience preferred.</li> <li>Knowledge in youth sports is highly desired.</li> </ul> <p>EOE</p>
