Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Create the monthly and annual product release plan.</li> <li>Work with Topps eCommerce team to ensure the website is properly merchandised and that sales transactions are sufficiently recorded and accounted for.</li> <li>Coordinate with operations on execution of finished goods and fulfillment.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Development team on building the product portfolio.</li> <li>Define the composition for each SKU and lead a cross-functional product development team to achieve product development objectives.</li> <li>Work with licensing team on executing agreements for talent.</li> <li>Oversee all sales and marketing of the business.</li> <li>Work with e-com team to understand the dynamics of direct to consumer sales.</li> <li>Create the forecast of sales volume and profitability targets with Finance team.</li> <li>Deliver the forecasted revenue and profit within the approved budget.</li> <li>Interact with consumers, retailers, and distributors to understand their desires and the drivers of product purchase behavior.</li> <li>Prepare presentations for line reviews, customer meetings and corporate reviews.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelors degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.</li> <li>3+ years brand or product management experience.</li> <li>Solid business and product development background.</li> <li>Consumer products experience preferred.</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of Major League Baseball.</li> <li>Knowledge of the sports memorabilia business a plus.</li> <li>Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills &ndash; written and oral.</li> <li>Strong computer skills &ndash; Word, PowerPoint and Excel essential.</li> <li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li> <li>Creative and strategic thinking abilities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>EOE</p>
