Responsibilities: <ul type="disc"> <li>Ensuring the dining room standards are being met for sanitation and service etiquette as outlined by the Touchmark Gold Standard.&nbsp;</li> <li>Managing, Recruiting, interviewing, and training quality dining staff.</li> <li>Create and manage labor schedules and fill shifts when necessary.</li> <li>Manage setup, serving and cleanup for Touchmark meals, catered parties, social events, etc.</li> <li>Provide timely feedback to Chefs about food quality and resident preferences and assist in the production and distribution of menus under Chef and food service committee guidelines.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li>Have a commitment to Touchmark&rsquo;s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers.</li> <li>Possess the knowledge and ability to follow State and Federal regulations to meet all requirements and resident&rsquo;s rights.</li> <li>Have at least two years' of management experience in a restaurant setting, experience in senior living is a plus</li> <li>Possess or willing to get Washington State Food Worker card and&nbsp;mixologist permit.&nbsp;</li> <li>Be willing to work weekends, holidays, and special events</li> <li>Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification</li> </ul>
