Overview: Touchmark is an Oregon-based, award-winning developer, owner, and operator of thirteen full-service retirement communities in the western United States and Canada.&nbsp;&nbsp;We are currently seeking an<strong>&nbsp;Operations Analyst</strong>&nbsp;to join our central office team in Beaverton, Oregon. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Analyze and report on marketing and sales KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, email marketing, sales activity, occupancy, website traffic, etc.</li> <li>Analyze and report on dining KPIs related to staffing levels, food costs, meal counts, take rates, etc.</li> <li>Analyze sales and marketing inquiry funnels to determine most efficient use of marketing spend</li> <li>Train new dining leadership on using the dining point of sale system and provide ongoing end user support</li> <li>Train new sales team members on the CRM system and provide ongoing end user support</li> <li>Troubleshoot and solve problems with sales and dining software applications; work with vendors to make configuration changes as needed</li> <li>Develop and present reports for internal stakeholders to help drive business decisions</li> <li>Assist Billing Specialists with reviewing reports prior to monthly close</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, information management or related field</li> <li>1-3 years of experience as a data analyst or business analyst</li> <li>Strong systems aptitude (ability to quickly learn new software systems and operate comfortably and efficiently within them)</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with MS Office applications, with strong knowledge of Excel</li> <li>Understanding of sales and marketing analytics and the ability to provide ROI and other related metrics based on data findings, including SEO and PPC trends, call tracking and reporting, conversion metrics, etc.</li> <li>Excellent time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks</li> <li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills&nbsp;</li> </ul>
