Overview: <p>At Touchmark, the ladies and gentlemen who serve in our communities don't just come to a job, they come to be part of something bigger - a mission focused on enriching people's lives.&nbsp; In the process of doing that, they grow, have fun, and develop lifelong skills.&nbsp;</p> <p>Touchmark is an Oregon-based, award-winning developer, owner, and operator of thirteen full-service retirement communities in the western United States and Canada.&nbsp;&nbsp;We are adding a full-time&nbsp;<strong>Administrative Assistant position</strong>&nbsp;to our team at our central office in Beaverton, Oregon. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Serve as the principal point of contact for dining and sales teams</li> <li>Provide end-user support and training for sales software system</li> <li>Provide back-up end-user support and training for dining software system</li> <li>Coordinate meetings, conference calls, catering, etc.</li> <li>Answer phones at front desk during the receptionist's breaks and lunch</li> <li>Support the WOW program with timely rewards and notes to recipients</li> <li>Update training materials</li> <li>Support hospitality team on projects, including taking notes and completing project tasks</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus an additional 2 years of experience in a similar role</li> <li>Strong software systems aptitude (ability to quickly learn new software systems and operate comfortably and efficiently within them)</li> <li>At least one year administrative experience in an office setting</li> <li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Word</li> <li>Excellent time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks</li> </ul>
