Responsibilities: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will enrich lives every day by providing residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods with the highest level of dignity and care. Requirements: <ul> <li>Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction</li> <li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Have completed a state certified CNA or NAC course, with current certification in the state of Montana</li> <li>Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification</li> <li>Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment</li> <li>Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend&rsquo;s Approach to dementia care</li> <li>Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality</li> <li>Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors</li> </ul>
