Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Have a commitment to Touchmark&rsquo;s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers</span></li> <li><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Possess a high school diploma or equivalent</span></li> <li><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Have one year of experience working as a Med Tech, or have completed a state-certified Certified Medication Aide (CMA) course</span></li> <li><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification</span></li> <li><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment</span></li> <li><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend&rsquo;s Approach to dementia care</span></li> <li><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality</span></li> <li><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors</span></li> <li><span data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>MUST be at least 18 years of age</strong></span></li> </ul>
