Responsibilities: <p data-darkreader-inline-bgimage="" data-darkreader-inline-bgcolor=""><strong><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">We currently have&nbsp;the following Full-Time and Part-Time&nbsp;shifts available:&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <p data-darkreader-inline-bgimage="" data-darkreader-inline-bgcolor=""><strong><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Day shift: 7:00 am to 3:15 pm</span></strong></p> <p data-darkreader-inline-bgimage="" data-darkreader-inline-bgcolor=""><strong><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Evening shift: 3:00 pm to 11:15 pm</span></strong></p> <p data-darkreader-inline-bgimage="" data-darkreader-inline-bgcolor=""><strong><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">NOC shift: 11:00 pm to 7:15 am</span></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Your responsibilities in this role include:</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed&nbsp;- activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting&nbsp;</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community</li> </ul> <p><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">We will provide you with:</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Thorough training to be successful</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">Flexibility to accommodate your schedule</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">An uplifting work environment</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color="">A place to grow and learn</li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color=""></li> </ul> <p><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">We currently have&nbsp;the following&nbsp;shifts available:&nbsp;3:00 pm - 11:15 pm and 11:00 pm - 7:15 am!&nbsp; In this role, you will likely float between our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods as needed.&nbsp; If you are passionate about growing your skills and knowledge, contributing to a positive culture, and generally caring for others, we would love to speak with you about this opportunity.</span></p>
Requirements: <ul type="disc"> <li><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Have a commitment to Touchmark&rsquo;s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers</span></li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Possess a high school diploma or equivalent</span></li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification</span></li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment</span></li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend&rsquo;s Approach to dementia care</span></li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality</span></li> <li data-darkreader-inline-color=""><span data-darkreader-inline-color="">Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors</span></li> </ul>
