Overview: <p>The TRIARQ Health Knowledge Transfer Program Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering training programs and content internally and externally.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p>The Knowledge Transfer Program Specialist will identify training needs and develop solutions, and will oversee the operations of the Knowledge Transfer Programs and ensure goals and objectives of each program are met.&nbsp; The Knowledge Transfer Program Specialist provides development, implementation of training programs and program delivery. Oversees planning, coordination, and administration of each program adhering to standards, guidelines, policies and procedures.&nbsp; He or she must be able to quickly learn new EMR/PM software, best practice workflows, payer incentive programs (such as Medicare&rsquo;s MACRA/MIPS program), and revenue cycle management and be able to deliver education in all areas of EMR and practice management.</p>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Develop Training Content for all areas of the Triarq Software and Services</li> <li>Develop and Manage Delivery of Content online and in-person</li> <li>Develop online Training programs and methods to deliver content</li> <li>Document Training curriculum, content, and plans</li> <li>Deliver Training content onsite and remotely</li> <li>Manage Training projects</li> <li>Create Training Policies and Procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience</strong>&nbsp; <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven customer service skills</li> <li>Knowledge of EMR/PM systems/Quick Learner</li> <li>Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed</li> <li>Positive and energetic</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Microsoft Office Suite</li> <li>Excellent person-to-person skills &ndash; strong communicator</li> <li>Solid problem solver</li> <li>Must have the ability to multi-task</li> <li>Must have knowledge of key practice/industry trends</li> <li>Understands the intersection of software with today&rsquo;s medical practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior healthcare environment/practice success;</li> <li>Experience with EMR/PM solution and/or service</li> <li>Meaningful Use, PQRS, and/or MACRA/MIPS incentive program knowledge very helpful, but not required</li> </ul>
