Overview: <strong>The Performance Manager&rsquo;s primary responsibility is to manage the customer relationship, assist customers with meeting their practice goals, identify opportunities to help practices increase efficiency, revenue, and patient satisfaction.&nbsp; </strong>
Responsibilities: <p>Your responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Acting as an Advocate to current and prospective Customers</li> <li>Being a liaison between Customers, management and developers to facilitate effective communications and satisfied Customers using TRIARQ products and services.</li> <li>Manage the customer relationship</li> <li>Provide written executive summary and/or key information to practice</li> <li>Demonstrate knowledge and credibility of the Epic Software and Workflows</li> <li>Be a Problem solver (directly or as a liaison)</li> <li>Monitor reimbursement related key performance indicators for practices, setting&nbsp;benchmarking revenue cycle goals (i.e. reducing Days in A/R, decreasing outstanding accounts&nbsp;receivable)</li> <li>Deliver Quality Program Management and Education initially and as needed</li> <li>Understand customer workflows and Make Required Workflow Recommendations in the Epic Software</li> <li>Ongoing monitoring and reporting to customer (physicians and office managers): <ul> <li>Establish goals with practice and report on/discuss ongoing progress of goals</li> <li>Produce reporting and conduct meetings with customer</li> <li>Manage ongoing TRIARQ projects to meet customer deliverables</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>The performance manager must know the EPIC PM/EMR Software and workflows and be able to quickly learn new payer incentive programs (such as Medicare&rsquo;s MACRA/MIPS program) and revenue cycle management concepts, and be able to deliver education and support practices in all areas of practice management.</strong></p>
