Overview: Responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 support and resolve issues reported by the customers with the help of development team.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Interacting with US team, customers via telephone, electronically and virtual meeting technology (Level 1 and Level 2 technical support)</li> <li>Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary</li> <li>Resolving escalated customer complaints working with Dev-support team</li> <li>Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps</li> <li>Helping US team in creations, configurations, installations, up gradations, migrations, and verifications of environments, products, and services</li> <li>Also resolving installation, configuration, deployment and upgrade issues quickly in no time</li> <li>Support the US team to troubleshoot and resolve the issues reported by end users, partners, and practices</li> <li>Support the Delivery team to reproduce, troubleshoot and recertify those issues</li> <li>Understand and exchange information between delivery team and US team</li> <li>Prepare the release notes based on the deliverables and feature sets as per product releases</li> <li>Validate and Verify the deliverables as per requirements</li> <li>Participate the KT between developer team, testing team and technical writing team on daily basis towards what was developed&nbsp;</li> <li>Upload, download and verify the deliverables to FTP site for US team</li> <li>Prepare, Modify the knowledge base including FAQ as per progress of the product releases</li> <li>Work in US time zone shift (Night Shift in India)</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>Graduate in Computer Science with excellent English communication skills and adequate knowledge of -</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Windows Platforms</li> <li>Microsoft Office</li> <li>Networking</li> <li>Microsoft SQL Server</li> <li>Microsoft .Net Technologies</li> </ul>
