Overview: <p>As a brand ambassador for True Lacrosse, Regional Directors are expected to uphold the core values of True Lacrosse, as well as promote the product through the True Lacrosse P.E.E.R. approach.&nbsp;Driven by our four pillars - Passion, Energy, Expertise, and Reps - our staff combine knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm, allowing us to offer the best service, products, and guidance necessary to further develop the fastest game on two feet.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Product: Our coaches are the product of True Lacrosse. Coaches design and implement the content and curriculum of our teams to ensure that all players receive best in class training and development.</li> <li>Sales: Our regional director will be dedicated to growing their territory through retaining players, adding new players, and create unique revenue streams that suit the needs of your region.</li> <li>Service: Communication is key to the success of True Lacrosse. We expect our team to prioritize communication to ensure the best possible service to our players and their families.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Player Experience: While being the best player on the field doesn&rsquo;t make the best coach it is important that our coaches have playing experience at a high level.</li> <li>Coaching Experience: It is important that our staff have experience coaching a team. While giving lessons or working camps are great experience &ndash; we believe that our coaches need previous experience with game management.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Leadership Skills: Our regional directors manage groups of part time and seasonal staff. Having experience in a leadership position is key to this role.</li> <li>Communication Skills: As service is a key factor to this job. Having great communication skills through face to face interactions, phone and email is paramount to success.</li> <li>Sales/Business Background: A large part of this position requires a sales responsibility. Experience in sales or business would help a candidate be successful in this role.</li> <li>Outgoing Personality: A successful coach and business leader in our organization must be able to have an outgoing and engaging personality.</li> <li>Transportation: All candidates much have their own reliable transportation.</li> <li>Travel: This position requires both local and national travel.</li> <li>Time Commitment: True Lacrosse is not a 9-5 job. Our directors are required to work long days, weekends, and during traditional vacation periods as our schedule is directed by the tournaments and events, we participate in. Candidates must commit to this time allocation.</li> </ul>
