Responsibilities: <strong>Multiple Roles:</strong> All team members are cross trained and expected to be able to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift. <br /><br /><strong>Flexible Scheduling:</strong> We have shifts available 7 days a week. You&rsquo;ll work closely with your General Manager to be assigned shifts tailored to your individual scheduling needs. <br /><br /><strong>Food Service:</strong> Follows Brand Standards, sticking to recipe integrity, producing a consistent and Fresh All Day food offering. Actively participates in donut decorating contests. Has full oversight of all kitchen and food responsibilities, including ordering, product rotation, and inventory management. <br /><br /><strong>Food Safety:</strong> Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas. <br /><br /><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Understands the needs of your teammates and guests, able to take action to find answers and solutions. Able to resolve issues with guests, making them want to come back again. Identify new and better ways of doing things and able to communicate them effectively. <br /><br /><strong>Cleaner &amp; Fresher:</strong> Provide a pristine environment for our guests and in all foodservice areas. Uphold brand standards by keeping our promise to be Cleaner, Safer, and Friendlier than the competition. <br /><br /><strong>Multi Task:</strong> Able to read and react to the guests and store&rsquo;s needs by being proactive and reactive in completing multiple tasks at the same time. Stocking refrigerators, food prep, taking food inventory, and making sandwiches are things you will do on a regular basis in our fast-paced environment.
