Responsibilities: <strong>Multiple Roles:</strong> All team members are cross trained and expected to be able to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift. <br /><br /><strong>Flexible Scheduling:</strong> We have Part Time and Full Time shifts available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, we&rsquo;re always open. You&rsquo;ll work closely with your General Manager to be assigned shifts tailored to your individual scheduling needs. <br /><br /><strong>Guest Service:</strong> Your main focus will be to put a smile on every guest&rsquo;s face. Welcome every guest as they walk in the door. Build lasting relationships with every guest and get to know their needs. Treat every guest like they are the first guest of the day. <br /><br /><strong>Food Service:</strong> Participates in the Made to Order program, being the bridge between the guest and the kitchen. <br /><br /><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Understanding the needs of your teammates and the guests, able to take action to find answers and solutions. Able to resolve issues with guests, making them want to come back again. Identify new and better ways of doing things, able to communicate that. <br /><br /><strong>Cleaner &amp; Fresher:</strong> Provide a pristine environment to our guests, both indoors and outdoors. Uphold brand standards, keeping our promise to be Cleaner, Safer, and Friendlier than the competition. <br /><br /><strong>Multi Task:</strong> Able to read and react to the guests and store&rsquo;s needs by being proactive and reactive in completing multiple tasks at the same time. Running a cash register, stocking shelves, cleaning restrooms, and marketing promotions are things you may do in our fast-paced environment.
